Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Barista.
Salary:
- €1,350–1,650 gross per month for full-time work, plus tips.
Employment type:
- Full-time and part-time positions available.
Work arrangement:
- On-site in Nicosia.
Main duties:
- Prepare espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, tea and iced drinks.
- Explain beans, brewing methods and menu choices to customers.
- Operate, clean and maintain coffee equipment.
- Use the point-of-sale system and handle cash and card payments accurately.
- Deliver friendly service and maintain excellent sanitation in preparation and seating areas.
- Participate in training and work collaboratively toward café goals.
Requirements:
- Barista or similar experience is preferred.
- Strong interest in coffee and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication, customer engagement and teamwork.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Availability for varying shifts, weekends and holidays.
Schedule:
- Eight-hour shifts for full-time roles.
