Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Head of Transfer Pricing.

Main duties:
- Lead and expand the employer’s transfer-pricing service line, including growth planning, client acquisition and promotion of the practice.
- Build lasting client relationships and support proposals, presentations, meetings, networking and technical marketing material.
- Prepare and review Cyprus Local Files, Simplified Transfer Pricing Files and supporting analyses for controlled transactions.
- Review financing, service, royalty, IP and other related-party arrangements; prepare functional analyses, benchmarking studies and suitable methodologies.
- Coordinate Summary Information Tables, monitor Cyprus Tax Department guidance and OECD developments, and prepare technical updates for tax and audit colleagues.
- Lead correspondence, challenges and objections involving transfer-pricing matters and train junior tax-team members.
Requirements:
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- Practical transfer-pricing experience, preferably in professional services or advisory work.
- Sound knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and Cyprus transfer-pricing rules.
- ACA, ACCA or ADIT qualification, or studies toward one, is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, project-management and deadline-management skills.
- Fluency in Greek and English and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
