Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Accountant.

Main duties:
- Support monthly management accounts, weekly reports and month-end and year-end closing.
- Maintain accounting records and reconcile ledgers, suppliers, banks, revenue and balance-sheet accounts.
- Manage accounts payable and coordinate with suppliers, payments colleagues and operational managers.
- Prepare VAT returns, maintain the fixed-asset register and account for leases under IFRS 16.
- Review inventory reports, investigate variances and reconcile delivery-platform transactions.
- Support payroll journals, internal and external audits, and improvements to controls and finance processes.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- At least three years of accounting experience.
- Professional accounting studies are welcomed.
- Hospitality, food-and-beverage or retail experience is an advantage.
- SoftOne ERP and Novasero POS knowledge is an advantage.
- Advanced Excel, strong analytical skills and good Greek and English.
Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday, 08:30–17:15.
- Friday, 08:30–17:00.
