Main duties:
- Support the yield and revenue function and coordinate with sales, marketing, reservations and hotel-management colleagues.
- Operate the channel manager and online travel-agency connections.
- Set up PMS rate plans and map them correctly to external channels.
- Manage room inventory, allocations and restrictions for tour operators, groups and online channels to improve revenue.
- Maintain website content and monitor stop-sales, allotment reductions and free-sale availability.
- Track competitor performance and launch promotions or special offers to generate hotel demand.
Requirements:
- Revenue-management or related certification is an advantage.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and professional disciplines.
- Experience creating and executing hotel-revenue promotions.
- Ability to manage website content.
- Practical PMS experience involving rate plans and room-inventory control is essential.
