Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Assistant Store Manager.
Salary:
- €1,350–1,500 monthly.

Work arrangement:
- On-site in a sports-fashion retail store.
Main duties:
- Help lead all day-to-day store operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and develop lasting client relationships.
- Support clienteling initiatives and events that strengthen customer loyalty.
- Train, mentor and motivate team members and provide constructive feedback.
- Coach by example to deliver a consistently strong guest experience.
- Maintain a safe and healthy workplace and ensure the team understands products, policies and procedures.
- Help attract and recruit suitable retail talent.
- Monitor productivity and key performance indicators.
- Plan staffing and resources to optimise schedules.
- Collaborate with marketing, visual-merchandising and commercial teams to improve retention.
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent qualification.
- Two to three years of retail experience, preferably in fashion.
- Excellent English and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
- Numerical and analytical ability to monitor KPIs.
- Leadership ability, commercial awareness and customer-service orientation.
- Understanding of basic business-management processes.
- Passion for sports and fashion and willingness to learn.
