Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage in-house and outsourced maintenance teams
✅ Ensure safe, efficient and reliable operation of facilities and equipment
✅ Monitor energy, water, air and utility consumption
✅ Drive cost savings and operational improvements
✅ Oversee preventive maintenance and safety standards
Requirements:
✔ Engineering qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related field or equivalent experience)
✔ Strong technical, organizational and leadership skills
✔ Experience managing maintenance operations and contractors
✔ Results-oriented professional with a continuous improvement mindset
