Licensed in the U.K. and Malta, with offices in Cyprus and Israel, our client continues to grow rapidly while delivering cutting-edge technology and strong operational support.

They are now seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Support Representative to join their team in Limassol or Larnaca.

Job Responsibilities

Dealing directly with clients’ queries over chat system and e-mail
Answering clients’ requests
Promoting products and services to clients
Optimize customers’ satisfaction
Interacting with other departments as necessary to meet clients’ needs
Maintaining professionalism in all instances

Requirements

Able to work 24/7 shifts on rotation; (08.00 – 16.00, 16.00 – 00.00, 00.00 – 08.00)
Experience preferred but not mandatory
Excellent command of the English language
Attention to detail and quality of work
Computer literate and proficient user of Excel
European citizenship
