Main duties:
- Own annual budgets, rolling forecasts, driver-based models and business scenarios.
- Lead monthly P&L, balance-sheet and cash-flow analysis and explain variances to management.
- Partner with business leaders on revenue, cost, margin and cash-flow risks and opportunities.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards and BI or AI-assisted forecasting tools.
- Evaluate investments, pricing and cost-optimisation initiatives and maintain data consistency across planning systems.
Requirements:
- At least seven years of FP&A or related finance experience, including three years in a leadership role.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets capability.
- ERP experience; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage.
- BI, treasury and multi-currency experience are advantageous.
- Strong commercial judgement, communication and team leadership.
