Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Senior Accountant.

Main duties:
- Manage monthly close for multiple legal entities, with particular focus on Cyprus operations.
- Maintain accounting records and prepare consolidated profit-and-loss, balance-sheet and cash-flow reporting.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with external advisers and tax providers and strengthen accounting controls and processes.
- Develop toward future M&A support, including modelling, due diligence, data rooms, integration and entity structuring.
Requirements:
- Four to seven years of accounting experience.
- Experience with multiple entities and currencies.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and advanced Excel skills.
- Fluent English and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience with transactions, modelling or due diligence is advantageous but not required.
