Main duties:
- Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations.
- Lead, train and supervise waiting and bartending teams.
- Maintain high guest-satisfaction standards and handle feedback professionally.
- Monitor sales, profitability and operational costs and support budgeting.
- Coordinate events, functions and group bookings and enforce hygiene, health-and-safety and operating standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar food-and-beverage leadership role.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership, team-management, customer-service and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations and point-of-sale systems.
- EU citizenship, professional presentation and flexibility for shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Schedule:
