Main duties:
- Turn channel strategy into market-ready plans and maintain annual and rolling commercial calendars.
- Coordinate go-to-market readiness across systems, data, materials, communications and retailer registration.
- Design and administer retailer incentive mechanics, eligibility, targets, tracking, reconciliation and evaluation.
- Prepare briefs, guidelines and toolkits, define system improvements and support testing and adoption.
- Monitor KPIs, performance, risks and dependencies across internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Two to three years in commercial planning, trade marketing, sales operations, channel support or a similar role.
- Strong project coordination, systems, database, reporting and digital-platform skills.
- Analytical KPI focus, stakeholder-management ability and fluency in Greek and English.
