Main duties:
- Lead the restaurant team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Plan shifts, train team members and set operational goals.
- Maintain high guest-satisfaction standards and resolve service issues.
- Ensure compliance with learning, safety, cleanliness, menu, recipe and beverage standards.
Requirements:
- At least two years in a similar hospitality role is advantageous.
- Hospitality qualification is advantageous.
- Strong team leadership, communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Greek and English fluency and working knowledge of Excel.
