Main duties:
- Lead the repair and returns function and technical team.
- Oversee repair, return, replacement and refund decisions.
- Negotiate vendor agreements, manage spare parts and monitor service performance.
- Ensure compliant disposal of obsolete equipment.
Requirements:
- At least seven years of relevant experience.
- Strong leadership, process ownership and vendor negotiation.
- Fluent Greek and English with Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00.
