Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Site Engineer – Installation & Commissioning.

Work arrangement:
- International site-based role, home or Limassol office between assignments
Main duties:
- Prepare installation plans, surveys, schedules, resources, tools and site-readiness assessments for complex industrial systems.
- Coordinate technicians, electricians, subcontractors and customers through installation, testing, commissioning and Site Acceptance Tests.
- Participate hands-on in installation, troubleshooting, system integration and corrective work.
- Control HSE, quality, technical specifications, schedule, cost, permits, logistics and punch-list close-out.
- Issue progress reports, manage technical risks and represent the employer during international assignments.
Requirements:
- Engineering or technical degree in mechanical, electrical, electromechanical, automation, civil or a related field.
- Three to five years of relevant installation, commissioning, field-service or site-supervision experience.
- Ability to read drawings and diagrams and coordinate multidisciplinary contractors safely.
- Professional English; French or another language is advantageous.
- EU work authorisation and ability to travel internationally for extended assignments.
Schedule:
- More than 80% international travel, including medium- and long-term assignments.
- Flexible site hours, with occasional weekend or overtime work.
