Salary: €26,000–39,000 per year

- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Analyse financial data and provide insights to support business decision-making
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
- Work with ERP systems to interface, extract, validate, and analyse data
- Prepare and support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Support in internal controls and process improvements
- Prepare financial power point presentations as per Regional and Group requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting efficiency
- Any other responsibilities related to the job role
Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Recently qualified or part-qualified (ACA or ACCA)
- 2 years relevant experience in a similar structure and environment
- Strong academic background in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Hands-on experience or strong knowledge of:
- Power BI
- ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Ability to communicate complex data clearly
- Ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines
- High attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Strong presentation Skills
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Experience with SQL or data modelling
- Exposure to automation tools, AI platforms or financial systems integration
- Internship or prior experience in finance / audit / advisory
