Main duties:
- Lead and develop the real-time accounting function and its client portfolio.
- Oversee bookkeeping, reconciliations, reporting and accounting controls.
- Advise clients on accounting processes, reporting needs and data flows.
- Design efficient workflows and introduce practical automation.
- Support team growth, training and service-quality standards.
Requirements:
- ACA or ACCA qualification.
- Relevant accounting-management and client-portfolio experience.
- Strong knowledge of real-time accounting processes and Xero.
- Leadership, commercial judgement and process-improvement ability.
- Excellent professional Greek and English.
