Main duties:
- Carry out regular inspections and preventive maintenance across the workplace.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and urgent maintenance requests.
- Perform practical repairs involving electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general equipment, coordinating specialist contractors when required.
- Keep accurate maintenance records and track related expenses to support cost control.
- Apply health and safety procedures and relevant regulations while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in facilities, property or general maintenance.
- Practical knowledge across multiple maintenance disciplines and a basic understanding of building systems.
- Proactive problem-solving ability and capacity to work independently.
- Reliable, organised and professional approach with good communication skills.
- Good command of English.
