WE'RE HIRING | Recruitment Resourcer & PA
We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer & PA to work directly alongside the Founder of a successful executive & talent search business.
This is primarily a remote position, with one in-person meeting per week in Limassol to review priorities, searches and the week ahead.
The role combines recruitment resourcing with day-to-day PA support. A major part of your day will be spent actively searching for and approaching candidates, while also helping keep the Founder organised and ensuring important actions don't get missed.
What you'll be doing:
• Constant sourcing and headhunting
• Identifying candidates across multiple industries and vacancies
• Approaching and engaging prospective candidates
• Conducting initial candidate calls where required
• Building and maintaining candidate pipelines
• Coordinating interviews and candidate follow-ups
• Managing calendar and appointments
• Tracking priorities, deadlines and outstanding actions
• Reminding and chasing on important follow-ups
• Market mapping leads
• Assisting with CVs, emails and recruitment administration
What we're looking for:
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing and search ability
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Confident and professional on the phone
• Highly organised, reliable and proactive
• Persistent and comfortable approaching passive candidates
• Able to work independently and manage your own day
• Fast-moving and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
• Trustworthy and discreet
• Commercially minded and motivated by results
Previous recruitment or resourcing experience is preferred, but attitude, organisation and ability are equally important.
Package:
💰 €1,300–€1,400 gross per month x 12
💰 10% commission on successful placements from candidates you personally source
🏠 Remote working
🤝 One in-person meeting per week in Limassol
This is not a traditional PA role. We're looking for someone who enjoys finding people, wants responsibility and is motivated by the opportunity to directly increase their earnings through results.
