Waiter / Waitress – Full-Time, Permanent Position
Location: Paphos, Cyprus
Employment: Full-Time | All Year Round (Not Seasonal)
We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic and hardworking Waiters / Waitresses to join our restaurant team in Paphos.
Salary & Benefits
- Net Monthly Salary: €1,100 – €1,300 (depending on experience)
- Tips: Additional income from customer tips
- Holiday Allowance: Additional 11% paid monthly into Social Insurance
- Working Days: 6 days per week
- Staff Meal: 1 free meal per working day
- Permanent Employment: Stable, all-year-round position – NOT seasonal
- Social Insurance contributions in accordance with Cyprus legislation

Main Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide excellent service.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation.
- Handle customer requests professionally.
- Work efficiently with the restaurant team.
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience preferred.
- Good English communication skills (Greek is an advantage).
- Friendly, professional and positive attitude.
- Reliable, punctual and team-oriented.
- Ability to work in a busy restaurant environment.
