On behalf of our client, an Innovative digital and marketing solutions provider, we are looking for a HR assistant, with passion and creativity.

Responsibilities:

Assure a smooth flow of all daily operations and procedures of our Group of Companies
Process and allocate all incoming emails to the appropriate department.
Handle incoming freelancer CVs from our social media campaigns and assign them to the appropriate Account Manager.
Assist with the recruiting procedures for our Headquarters.

• Ensure that all necessary procedures are in place and maintain constant communication with all departmental employees to satisfy the requirements of the business.

• Supporting new hires during their instruction phase and assisting staff with work-related issues

• Coordinate all business-related activities, including conferences, seminars, training classes, and events.

Qualifications:

Any experience/background related to Human Resources, Management / Administration, or any other relevant field.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Advanced proficiency in the English language (both verbally and in writing) is required, though knowledge of other languages is a benefit.
High proficiency with computers, including knowledge of Google Documents, Sheets, and Slides

What’s on Offer:

Monthly fixed salary
Bonus subject to your Semester performance
Monday to Friday, 09:00 am to 05:00 pm (flexi hour) including a 30-minute break
25 days annual leave and 5 days of sick leave
