BTMS is looking for a Software Implementor & Support Consultant to join our team in Nicosia.

The successful candidate will work closely with our clients, providing day-to-day support and gradually taking responsibility for the implementation and training of our Accounting and Payroll software solutions.

This is a client-facing position suitable for someone who is comfortable working with people, enjoys solving problems and is willing to develop an in-depth understanding of business software.

Full training on our software solutions will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Provide daily telephone and online support to existing clients.
Assist users with software-related questions, issues and basic troubleshooting.
Connect remotely to clients through support tools such as AnyDesk and TeamViewer.
Perform software installations and implementations following the initial training and onboarding period.
Provide software training to new and existing users.
Visit clients when required for implementations, training or additional support.
Work closely with the rest of the BTMS team to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing customer support.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate should:

Be comfortable communicating with clients on a daily basis.
Be able to explain software functions clearly and patiently to non-technical users.
Be organised, reliable and methodical.
Be able to follow established procedures and manage multiple support requests.
Have a genuine willingness to learn our Accounting and Payroll software solutions in depth.

Qualifications & Experience

The following will be considered an advantage:

Basic knowledge of accounting — strongly preferred.
Advanced accounting knowledge or relevant accounting studies.
Background or studies in IT, Computer Science, Software or Programming.
Previous experience in software support, implementation, customer support or software training.
Previous experience working with Accounting, Payroll, ERP or other business software.

Previous experience with our software is not required. Full training will be provided.

Working Hours & Conditions

Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 17:30
Lunch break: 13:00 – 14:00
The position is office-based in Nicosia and is not a remote-working position.
Client visits will form part of the role once the successful candidate has completed the necessary training.
For client visits, a company vehicle will be provided or travelling expenses will be fully covered.
