Position: Client Funding Administrator (Junior)

Type: Full-time
The person who will be hired will be responsible for managing and optimizing client funding operations, ensuring smooth handling of deposits, withdrawals, and related financial processes. This role is crucial for maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and compliance within daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records and prepare all relevant reports regarding client funds.
- Execute procedures for deposits, promotions, internal transfers, and withdrawals for all assigned tasks.
- Update daily FX rates and input them into the system.
- Processing incoming transactions in line with company regulations.
- Assist clients with requests to participate in company promotions.
- Handle client funding requests in accordance with company policies and terms.
- Monitor and investigate failed transactions to provide timely client support.
- Verify credit card transactions using daily settlement reports.
- Review bank transfers and analyze daily statements.
- Communicate with payment providers, ensuring compliance with procedures and policies to complete transactions effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/economics/business or a relevant field.
- Previous experience in a similar position is advantageous.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and excel reports.
- Good command of English language.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work shift between 06:00-22:00 when needed.
- Flexibility to cover weekend shift 12:00-02:00 when needed.

Working Hours:
8:00-17:00 or 09:00-18:00 Monday to Friday including 1 hour’s break
