Position: Client Acquisition Agent – German/ Hungarian/ Spanish Speaking

The person hired will be responsible for approaching new clients, developing solid relationships and assuring a professional onboarding process from initial contact through account activation. It offers a great opportunity for detail-oriented individuals who excel in communication, prioritizes client satisfaction and performs well in a fast-paced FX/FinTech setting.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with potential clients to showcase the company’s offerings and deliver a strong, professional initial experience.
- Develop and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with clients throughout the onboarding process.
- Assist clients with account setup by offering clear instructions and timely support whenever required.
- Work closely with internal teams to guarantee a smooth transition and unified client experience.
- Keep detailed and accurate documentation of client communications and onboarding progress in internal systems.
- Regularly achieve performance goals connected to client onboarding and activation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent command in English and German or Hungarian or Spanish.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of previous experience in Client Relationship Management (CRM), account management or similar role within Financial Services, FinTech or Online trading.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach
