Position: Reconciliation Officer
Location: Limassol
Type: Full-time
The person who will be hired will be responsible for ensuring accurate client money reconciliations and upholding the integrity of financial data, contribution to our continued growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily reconciliation of client funds.
- Compile daily balance summaries for all banking partners and PSPs.
- Generate monthly reports covering balances, losses, fees, and chargebacks.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies quickly, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Deliver management insights on behalf of the reconciliation team.
- Manage your own tasks effectively and assist with the team’s workload when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting /finance /economics /mathematics /statistics /data analysis or a relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in the economic sector.
- Analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel- formula function.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with SAP, ERP, CRM, MT4 and methods reconciliation software will be considered as a plus.
- Attention to detail, organized, proactive, multitasking, team player.
