Job Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally as they arrive at the restaurant or bar.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and satisfaction.
- Provide accurate wait time estimates and ensure guests are comfortable while waiting.
- Maintain a clean and organized host station and entrance area.
- Communicate effectively with the service and kitchen teams to coordinate table turnover.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and refer any complex queries to the F&B Management team.
- Assist with special requests, VIP arrangements, and event coordination as needed.
- Support during events and busy service periods with grace and efficiency.
- Carry out assigned side duties as directed by the F&B Management team.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of hostess or front-of-house experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel or resort setting.
- Excellent communication in English is essential. Fluency in Greek is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to provide outstanding service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a high-energy, team-focused environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor environments.
- Applicants must hold EU nationality without the need for a visa sponsor.
