Job Responsibilities
- Safely transport employees to and from the hotel for their shifts.
- Upon Management’s request, safely transport employees to any other designated location (i.e. local authorities).
- Always maintain cleanliness and presentation of the vehicle.
- Monitor traffic and weather conditions to ensure timely arrivals.
- Report any vehicle issues or incidents to the relevant department.
- Ensure operational equipment is used properly and stored after use.
- Maintain clear communication with employees.
- Follow the weekly route schedule as prepared by the Rooms Division team.
- Carry out assigned side duties as directed by the Front Office Management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Excellent communication in English is essential. Fluency in Greek is a strong advantage.
- Valid EU driving license.
- Compliance to legislations of driving a vehicle.
- Great attention to detail and time management.
- Proven ability to provide outstanding service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Good knowledge of local routes and destinations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Applicants must hold EU nationality without the need for a visa sponsor.
