Job Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism at the resort entrance, supporting with luggage.
- Valet parking for guest cars.
- Take luggage to and from guest rooms.
- Keep the lobby, reception, and entrance areas clean and tidy.
- Ensure car buggies are clean, well-maintained, and fully charged overnight to support smooth daytime operations.
- Prevent vehicles or obstacles from blocking the entrance.
- Maintain cleanliness and security of the luggage room.
- Label and store guest luggage properly.
- Check logs and reports for shift updates and guest arrivals/departures.
- Coordinate with Front Office for VIP arrivals and special requests.
- Deliver guest mail and messages promptly.
- Ensure all VIP requests and amenities are fulfilled.
- Ensure operational equipment is used properly and stored after use.
- Maintain clear shift handovers and communication with colleagues.
- Carry out assigned side duties as directed by the Front Office Management.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of front office experience within a 4-star or 5-star hotel or resort setting preferred.
- Excellent communication in English is essential. Fluency in Greek is a strong advantage.
- Great attention to detail and time management.
- Proven ability to provide outstanding service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a high-energy, team-focused environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Applicants must hold EU nationality without the need for a visa sponsor.
