Your Role
As Operations Coordinator, you will support the Secret Forest operations by coordinating administrative, operational, and reporting processes across all the functions for the hotel. You will ensure that hotel teams receive the guidance, tools, and follow-up they need to meet group standards and targets. Working closely with Hotel Manager and Operation Manager and department heads, you will track performance, assist in project rollouts.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a key point of contact between the Hotel Manager and all operational departments.
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, ensuring procedures and standards are followed.
- Collect and compile performance data (occupancy, guest feedback, costs) for daily and weekly reporting.
- Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination for staff meetings and operational briefings.
- Support the rollout and monitoring of new procedures, systems, or service standards on property.
- Liaise with department heads (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance) to resolve daily issues and align operations.
- Monitor timelines for reporting, audits, and departmental deliverables.
- Prepare operational reports and presentations for the Hotel Manager.
- Ensure smooth internal communication so that the guest experience remains seamless.
What We Value
- Previous experience in hotel operations, administration, or coordination roles (hospitality experience is preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of PMS is an advantage.
- A proactive mindset and ability to work independently while supporting multiple departments.
- Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- A team player with a passion for supporting smooth, guest-focused operations.
