Your Role
As a Porter, you will be the first friendly face our guests meet, setting the tone for a memorable stay. You will assist with luggage, guide guests through the property, and provide helpful, courteous support at every step, ensuring each arrival and departure feels seamless.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
- Handle luggage carefully and efficiently, ensuring prompt delivery to rooms.
- Escort guests to their rooms, providing property information and answering questions.
- Assist with guest requests, including arranging taxis or transfers when needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby and entrance areas.
- Support Front Office operations by coordinating with Reception and Concierge.
- Uphold service standards and represent the welcoming spirit of Well Club.
What We Value
- Previous experience in a Porter or guest service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Warm personality with excellent guest interaction skills.
- Physical stamina to handle luggage and assist guests effectively.
- Reliability, teamwork, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
