Dart Recruitment is seeking to recruit an experienced F&B Manager to join a luxury hotel environment in Ayia Napa, Cyprus, delivering exceptional dining experiences and leading high-performing food and beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all Food and Beverage operations within the hotel
- Ensure high standards of service quality, guest satisfaction and operational excellence
- Lead, train and motivate F&B teams to achieve performance targets
- Monitor budgets, costs, stock levels and overall profitability
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP, health, safety and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with senior management to align F&B strategy with hotel objectives
- Manage guest feedback and implement service improvements
Requirements
- Proven experience as F&B Manager or in a similar senior hospitality role
- Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of F&B operations, service standards and cost control
- Fluency in English and Greek
- Ability to work under pressure in a luxury hotel environment
- Guest-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
