Dart Recruitment is seeking to recruit an accomplished and forward-thinking Sous Chef to join a landmark luxury hotel in Ayia Napa, Cyprus — a destination defined by refined gastronomy, international standards and a commitment to culinary excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations
- Ensure exceptional food quality, consistency and presentation across outlets
- Lead, train and motivate kitchen teams during service
- Assist in menu execution, kitchen organization and workflow efficiency
- Monitor stock, food costs and waste control
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP, health, safety and hygiene regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a senior kitchen leadership role
- Strong culinary background with excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage teams and perform under pressure
- Fluency in Greek and English
- High attention to detail and passion for delivering top-level cuisine
- Experience in luxury hotels or high-end restaurants will be considered a strong advantage
