Dart Recruitment is seeking to recruit an experienced and service-driven Maître D’ to join a luxury hotel dining environment in Ayia Napa, Cyprus, where attention to detail, guest connection and refined service define the dining experience.
This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys leading the floor, creating memorable guest moments and setting the tone for exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant floor operations and guest flow
- Welcome guests and ensure a warm, professional first impression
- Coordinate reservations, seating plans and table rotations
- Supervise and support service teams during operations
- Ensure high service standards and exceptional guest satisfaction
- Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as Maître D’ or in a similar senior service role
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
- Excellent knowledge of fine dining service standards
- Fluency in English and Greek
- Confident presence with a guest-first mindset
- Ability to perform under pressure in a luxury hospitality environment
