Dart Recruitment is seeking to recruit a confident and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to join a luxury hotel retail environment in Ayia Napa, Cyprus — a space where style, service and guest experience come together to create memorable moments.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with guests, understands premium service and takes pride in representing a high-quality retail concept within a luxury hospitality setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with product selection and provide personalized service
- Promote and upsell products in line with brand and service standards
- Ensure excellent presentation and organization of the store
- Handle transactions accurately and professionally
- Maintain stock levels and assist with restocking
- Create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience for guests
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail, sales or a customer-facing role
- Fluency in English and Greek
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive, sales-driven attitude
- Ability to work under pressure in a guest-focused environment
- Experience in luxury retail or hospitality will be considered an advantage
