We are looking for a talented Data Scientist to join the team at Aloha, a private and secure browser focused on digital freedom and online privacy design. The primary focus of the role will be developing advanced models based on strong mathematical foundations, with the versatility to adapt and optimize your research for mobile environments.

Must-Have Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Applied Math, Physics, or equivalent.
- Deep understanding of modern ML architectures (Transformers, Neural Networks).
- Proven experience deploying models to production environments.
- Fluency in Russian language
Strong Plus
- Mobile Deployment experience: Native iOS (CoreML) and Android (TFLite/ONNX)
- Optimization: Practical expertise in QAT, pruning, and distillation.
- Domain Specialization: Background in LLM fine-tuning, Recommender Systems, or Reinforcement Learning.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with C++, Swift, or Kotlin.
- Experience with MLOps pipelines: versioning and automation (e.g., MLflow, GitHub Actions).
- Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
