On behalf of our client, a regulated Cyprus Investment Firm operating within the financial services and online trading sector, we are seeking to recruit a French-speaking Customer Service Agent to join their growing team in Nicosia or Limassol.

Role Overview
The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for providing high-quality support to French-speaking clients through telephone and electronic communication channels.
The successful candidate will handle client inquiries, assist with documentation and onboarding procedures, coordinate with internal departments including Compliance, AML, Brokerage and Back Office, and ensure that client requests are managed accurately, professionally and within appropriate timeframes.
The role reports directly to the Customer Service Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support to French-speaking clients via telephone, email and other electronic communication channels.
- Provide information regarding the Know Your Client (KYC) procedure and required supporting documentation.
- Assist clients with the collection, submission and management of documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Translate client queries, requests and communications between French and English where required.
- Coordinate with the AML and Compliance departments regarding client onboarding and due-diligence requirements.
- Collaborate with Brokerage and Back Office teams to resolve client requests and operational matters.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
- Follow up on client interactions and outstanding requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Accurately record customer inquiries, comments, requests and complaints within the relevant systems.
- Escalate unresolved or complex matters to the appropriate internal department or supervisor.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Ensure that all communication is handled professionally and in accordance with internal procedures.
- Contribute to delivering a positive and consistent customer experience.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across different departments and international teams.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently with clients.
- Good general computer literacy.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced, international and cross-functional environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client information.
- Previous customer service or client-support experience will be considered an advantage.
- Previous experience within financial services, investment firms, Forex, CFDs or online trading will be considered a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM or service-desk systems will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
What the Company Offers
- Gross monthly salary of €1,500–€1,800, depending on experience and qualifications.
- €500 Monthly performance bonus.
