Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Junior Fleet Personnel Officer.
Salary:
- €1,250–1,650 per month.

Work arrangement:
- Based in Limassol.
Main duties:
- Ensure assigned vessels have sufficient personnel to operate safely and efficiently.
- Support sourcing, recruitment, selection, scheduling, briefings and ongoing seafarer management.
- Apply crewing procedures and coordinate cost-effective crew changes and travel budgets with manning offices.
- Assist officer planning and maintain daily communication about crew changes.
- Monitor crew performance and help prepare annual crew budgets.
- Support other crewing projects when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is advantageous.
- Very good English.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and computer literacy.
