Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Crewing Operator.
Salary:
- €1,509–2,000 per month.
Employment type:
- Full-time, permanent, entry-level role.
Work arrangement:
- On-site in Limassol.
Main duties:
- Verify that recruited seafarers meet company, STCW, MLC and flag-state training and qualification rules.
- Confirm approved pre-employment medical examinations.
- Assist crew changes under seafarer employment agreements.
- Arrange and monitor travel, port restrictions and visa requirements.
- Coordinate daily with crewing management and other departments.
- Arrange shore training and monitor receipt of vessel crewing records under the integrated management system.
Requirements:
- Maritime Studies or related degree is advantageous.
- Shipping experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Excellent English; Greek or another language is a strong advantage.
- Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Organisation, communication, integrity, adaptability and ability to meet deadlines.
