Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced and results-oriented Retention Agents to join our expanding team in Limassol, Canadian market (English) or the Swiss market (German).

Main Duties:

Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of engagement and retention.
Promote FX and CFD products by providing relevant market information and updates.
Build and strengthen long-term relationships through regular professional communication.
Handle client objections and resolve issues in a timely and compliant manner.
Assist clients with the use of trading platforms and tools.
Meet monthly individual and team retention targets.

Requirements:

Mandatory experience in Forex
Native or fluent proficiency in German or English languages.
Strong negotiation skills and a target-driven mindset.
Solid understanding of financial markets and trading platforms (MT4/MT5).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
Proficiency in CRM software.
Crypto knowledges
