Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced and results-oriented Retention Agents to join our expanding team in Limassol, Canadian market (English) or the Swiss market (German).
Main Duties:
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of engagement and retention.
- Promote FX and CFD products by providing relevant market information and updates.
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships through regular professional communication.
- Handle client objections and resolve issues in a timely and compliant manner.
- Assist clients with the use of trading platforms and tools.
- Meet monthly individual and team retention targets.
Requirements:
- Mandatory experience in Forex
- Native or fluent proficiency in German or English languages.
- Strong negotiation skills and a target-driven mindset.
- Solid understanding of financial markets and trading platforms (MT4/MT5).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Crypto knowledges
