Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for IT Support Engineer.

Salary:

- €1,600–2,300 monthly.

Employment type:

- Full-time.

Work arrangement:

- On-site in the Nicosia office, providing remote technical support to international clients.

Main duties:

- Deliver remote technical and helpdesk support.

- Diagnose and resolve a wide range of end-user and system issues.

- Install new software and complete remote upgrades.

- Administer Microsoft operating systems and desktop applications.

- Analyse incidents, prioritise work and keep users informed.

- Collaborate with other technical team members.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar support position.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and desktop applications.

- Basic Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365 administration knowledge.

- Excellent written and spoken English.

- Ability to multitask, prioritise and work independently.

- Strong communication, organisation, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to perform well under pressure and learn new technologies.

Schedule:

- Tuesday to Saturday.

- 15:00–23:30, including a 30-minute lunch break.
