Junior Software Programmer / Analyst

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Junior Software Programmer / Analyst.

Salary:

- €1,200–2,000 monthly.

- Performance bonus.

Employment type:

- Full-time.

Work arrangement:

- Remote, with attendance at client sites when required.

Main duties:

- Develop and maintain code using CSS, HTML, JavaScript and SQL under the guidance of senior colleagues.

- Learn and support business-process management, document-management and document-generation solutions.

- Gather requirements and help prepare functional and technical specifications.

- Debug and troubleshoot software issues.

- Prepare user manuals and technical documentation.

- Train users, support user-acceptance testing and assist with solution roll-outs.

- Extend and support existing software applications and attend client sites when needed.

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in Information Technology or a related field.

- Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.

- Familiarity with collaboration software, the software-development life cycle, data modelling and flow diagrams.

- Ability to work effectively in a virtual team.

- Critical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills.

- Knowledge of SQL, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C# or Visual Studio is an advantage.
