IT Support Specialist

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for IT Support Specialist.

Salary:

- €2,000–2,100 monthly.

Employment type:

- Full-time.

Work arrangement:

- On-site.

Main duties:

- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software and network issues.

- Install, configure and maintain computers, peripherals and business applications.

- Administer Microsoft 365 accounts and assist users with access and productivity tools.

- Maintain IT asset records and support employee onboarding and offboarding.

- Apply patches and updates and help keep systems secure and reliable.

- Liaise with external vendors, document procedures and contribute to IT projects.

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.

- At least three years of relevant IT-support experience.

- Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, computer hardware and basic networking.

- Practical troubleshooting skills, attention to detail and a service-oriented approach.

- Clear communication and ability to work effectively with users and colleagues.
