Sales Consultant – Business Development and Project Delivery

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Sales Consultant – Business Development and Project Delivery.

Salary:

- €1,200–2,000 monthly.

- Performance-related bonus.

Employment type:

- Full-time.

Work arrangement:

- On-site, with travel in Cyprus and Greece when required.

Main duties:

- Divide the role between winning new clients and delivering consulting projects.

- Build and manage the sales pipeline, arrange meetings with business owners and prepare persuasive proposals.

- Close engagements against agreed sales targets and maintain professional client relationships.

- Analyse raw sales and financial data and turn it into budgets, scorecards and practical management tools.

- Facilitate workshops, prepare project plans and track agreed outcomes.

- Work toward annual activity targets that include 48 meetings, 24 proposals, eight engagements and eight completed projects.

- Use AI-enabled tools as part of daily research, analysis and delivery work.

Requirements:

- At least five years of experience in sales, business development, consulting or business analysis.

- University degree in a relevant discipline.

- Strong analytical ability and advanced Excel skills.

- Business-level Greek and English.

- Right to work in Cyprus, a valid driving licence and access to a car.

- Willingness to travel within Cyprus and to Greece.

- Commercial judgement, confidence with senior decision-makers and disciplined follow-through.
