Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Quantity Surveyor.
Salary:
- €2,500–3,500 per month.

Work arrangement:
- On-site in Paphos.
Main duties:
- Work with contractors, builders, architects and other professionals to develop cost-effective plans that retain high quality.
- Prepare and analyse tender costs, tender documents, contracts and bills of quantities.
- Value completed work and arrange payments to contractors and subcontractors.
- Advise on contractual claims, disputes and procurement strategy.
- Carry out risk analysis, value management and cost control throughout each project.
- Identify cost-variation risks, track design or work changes and update budget projections.
- Reconcile accounts and maintain project cost control.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
- At least 5 years of estimating, construction-finance, construction or related experience.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking ability and sound construction knowledge.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organise, plan and develop strategy.
