**Main duties:**
- Install and troubleshoot desktop hardware, software, printers, scanners and wireless networks.
- Provide hands-on support for hardware and software incidents.
- Install and customise Windows systems and perform updates.
- Resolve Microsoft Office issues.
- Handle Active Directory and email-account problems.
- Install antivirus software, drivers, browsers and other approved applications.
- Investigate unresolved incidents and escalate to suppliers when required.
- Assess user needs and update equipment and system software.
**Requirements:**
- At least six months of relevant work experience.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good written and spoken Greek and English.
- Willingness to learn and develop in a dynamic IT environment.
