Back Office Administrator

Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, one of the largest and most established furniture retailers in Cyprus, is seeking to recruit a Back Office Administrator for full-time employment at its offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Key Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

Coordinating with the accounting department regarding invoicing and record keeping.
Communicating with customers and suppliers regarding orders and following up on outstanding matters.
Coordinating delivery schedules with the logistics and warehouse teams.
Preparing invoices and customer account statements.
Performing other administrative and back-office duties related to the role.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

A good command of both Greek and English.
Good computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Previous experience in a back-office, administrative, or secretarial role will be considered an advantage.
Knowledge of accounting or invoicing procedures will be considered an asset.
