Main duties:
- Maintain accurate financial records, reports and general-ledger entries.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Complete bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Process invoices, expenses and payments.
- Assist with tax filings, financial statements and external audits.
- Maintain compliant and complete accounting documentation.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
- Current ACCA studies.
- Basic knowledge of IFRS.
- Good Excel and accounting-software skills.
- Fluent Greek and English.
- Accuracy, analysis, organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Shipping-accounting experience is an advantage.
