Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Store Manager.
Salary:
- €1,700–€2,520 monthly, including performance bonus

- On-site retail work in Limassol
Main duties:
- Take accountability for all day-to-day store operations and deliver a high-standard customer experience.
- Resolve customer enquiries and complaints, build client relationships and support loyalty initiatives and events.
- Train, coach, motivate and give constructive feedback to employees, including completion of internal learning.
- Maintain a safe, healthy, hazard-free workplace and keep the team informed about products, policies and procedures.
- Recruit talent through active networking and market scouting.
- Track productivity and store KPIs, analyse reports and make sales and resource decisions.
- Plan staff schedules and coordinate with marketing, visual-merchandising and commercial teams.
- Apply current visual-merchandising techniques and keep products, mannequins, displays and windows correctly presented.
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least two years of experience managing a standalone retail store or department-store floor.
- Excellent English and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, leadership and business-management skills.
- Numerical and analytical ability to monitor KPIs.
- Customer-service focus, positive and motivating communication style.
- Interest in sport and fashion, willingness to learn and readiness for new challenges.
