Main duties:
- Manage daily retail and wholesale operations and deliver sales targets.
- Develop wholesale accounts and maintain key customer and partner relationships.
- Plan staffing, coach the team and monitor performance and service standards.
- Control inventory, replenishment, merchandising and operational procedures.
- Review sales reports and implement action plans.
Requirements:
- At least three years of retail-management experience.
- Wholesale or B2B exposure is advantageous.
- Strong leadership, customer-service and commercial skills.
- Good English.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office, ERP systems and sales reporting.
