Main duties:
- Set and execute sales plans covering revenue, volume, distribution and profitability for an FMCG portfolio.
- Lead, coach and assess the sales team against clear targets and KPIs.
- Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, hospitality customers and other key accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, promotions, merchandising and brand activity.
- Oversee forecasting, budgets, inventory visibility, reporting and cross-functional execution.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- At least four years in a senior sales-management role.
- FMCG experience and detailed knowledge of the Nicosia market are advantages.
- Fluent Greek and English.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, commercial analysis and Excel skills.
