Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Compliance Call Monitoring Officer.

Work arrangement:
- Office-based work in Limassol
Main duties:
- Monitor calls and written communications for misconduct, regulatory breaches and control weaknesses.
- Document findings, recommend remediation or training and escalate serious issues.
- Support team oversight, marketing-communication reviews and complaint handling.
- Improve monitoring procedures and prepare management reports.
- Track CySEC, MiFID II and AML/CFT requirements and support audits and cross-functional compliance work.
Requirements:
- Degree in Law, Finance, Business or a related field.
- At least two years in compliance, AML, KYC, call monitoring or risk.
- CySEC certification is an advantage.
- Fluent English and strong Microsoft Office, Excel and cloud-productivity skills.
- Sound judgement, accuracy and the ability to handle confidential matters.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday 08:30–17:30 with a one-hour lunch break.
